hello world

for most of my life I have felt extremely content with where I was at the moment. with my thoughts, feelings, and actions. I had drive, but never really had the urge to change, I was comfortable. but, over the past year, something in the deep part of my soul twisted, and all of a sudden I had a vast sense of grounded-ness. I had this shift to where I believed that where I was and what I was doing was not fulfilling my purpose in the world. I felt a sudden urge to leave, to meet new and completely different people, to experience new territories, and to explore the uncharted parts of my brain and my soul. I had the want and the need to feel uncomfortable, to go outside of my own comfort zone in new places. I had a new love and appreciation for Mother Earth, for what she can show us, for how she speaks to us, for the energy that bounces off the stars, onto us, and then back onto the ground we walk on. I needed to see the world, to experience, to LIVE.

so, i’m about to make it happen.

my name is aria nicoletti. i have been described as a mix between a hippie, a beach bum, and a mountain goat. here is a photo of me~

as I embark on this year around the sun, i am prepared to feel completely uncomfortable, to experience brand new things, and to meet the coolest of folk. i am creating this blog to be able to share a small piece of my mind, thoughts, journeys, adventures or whatever and whoever else impacts my little world as I travel through the pacific. over the past few years i’ve completely and utterly fallen in love with life. with the idea of living over existing, being free, and connecting myself with mother earth. i am a firm believer that we are not living on the earth, but living with it; existing and thriving in a all-inclusive ecosystem that fails when we fail to cherish it and thrives when we become one with it.

This is an outlet for me to express my thoughts, feelings and experiences as I travel around the earth.
